On the other hand for any individuals from various racial or cultural backgrounds, if you think there is some good opportnunities somewhere, don't let yourself be stopped on by stereotype judgements from OTHER people.  It is really your own responsibilities to do some research and earn good chances in studies or career.  Everybody says this or that country has this or that bad things on some issues, really?

My point is don't always blame the system or anybody else for being corruptive or unfair by listening to people's so-called 'inside disclosure'.  Be self-determined and self-responsible in making own judgement and adjustments.
