If Bhutan were to claim Donglang is a disputed territory, then China can claim the whole of Bhutan is a historically disputed territory, as it was originally part of Tibet, which is a part of China.  But Bhutan is not claiming Donglang belongs to it.  If Bhutan delegates its military and diplomatic policies to India, then China can claim Bhutan even more convincingly, as Bhutan was never a part of India.

People of Sikkim were also extended tbtan family just like bhutanese, but they happily chose to become a state of our union. And gangtok is a beautiful city just like thimphu.
