Ghastly Beast is a yokel who has never had tyhe benefit of a Filipina teaching it proper English... All it can speak natively is "grrrrwl" and "mooo". All other sounds it enunciates are recorded on a tape...

What a silly question you're asking...

How can I hire a domestic helper from any other Country if ...

COme on old cow: you do not need foreign slaves to run your household. You are too poor to hire even natives. Do your household chores yourself and stop blathering nonsense! Hiring Filipinas smacks of modern slavery, full stop.

All honest work that helps others in moral way is honorable.  Being a maid is not being a slave, if  ...

You do not know what you are talking about.

Filipina household workers have been badly exploited by Chinese families in Hong Kong for the last four decades. Why should it be any better in the Mainland???

Even now, these helpers often have to sleep in a tight spot inside their employer's home, say, under a table, in the bathroom, or atop a fridge (I have seen that myself).

That alone is not "exploiting" them, of course, but this comes in addition to being worked 14 hours a day or more. Many employers require their domestics to work in their commercial premises cleaning them or even staffing them. These crimes happen in Hong Kong which has a pretty good protection in place. In Mainland China there is no way the women will be protected.

Why would a rich Chinese family need a English speaking maid to live in a country where English is ...

Oh, that is easy to explain. They all think their children need exposure to English. They would have to pay dearly for extracurricular English lessons. This takes good care of this aspect, of course.

Shyima grew up in a remote village in Egypt, where she lived with her family. In 2000, her mother contacted a maid recruiter, who found Shyima a job working for the Ibrahim family in Cairo. For a year, Shyima lived with the Ibrahims and worked for very little pay, until the Ibrahims decided to leave. Shyima’s family had taken several loans from the Ibrahims for medical bills, which they were unable to repay. With her parents' consent, the Ibrahims took Shyima with them to California to live in their garage and work for $45 a month as a maid.

Long Island 'slave' maid testifies about her treatment:
Her testimony is the dramatic high point of an unfolding trial that provides a glimpse into a world of vastly disparate immigrant experiences, with allegations of beatings, stabbings, witch doctors and spells in the middle of suburbia.

Most disturbing, prosecutor Demetri Jones said, it is "truly a case of modern-day slavery."

The Sabhnanis are charged with peonage - involuntary servitude - a crime out of the 19th century, as well as conspiracy, forced labor and harboring aliens.
