According to Philstar, China plans to hire Filipino household service workers (HSWs) and offer high salaries, the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) reported yesterday.

Labor Undersecretary Dominador Say said Chinese embassy officials came to DOLE to discuss the possibility of deploying Filipino HSWs to China’s five major cities.

“It will be limited to five major cities, among them Beijing, Shanghai and Xiamen. They are looking at the possibility of a P100,000 monthly pay for the HSW to be hired,” Say disclosed.

A delegation from China will visit the country in September for further negotiations on the deployment of HSWs to China, according to Say.

One of the reasons the Chinese want to hire Filipino HSWs is the latter’s English proficiency which allows them to help in teaching the household’s kids in their studies, Say added.

Win-win solution for both countries.  This will help the Philippine economy tremendously, and improve their understanding of each other's language and culture.  The demand will be so great there may be a labor shortage in the Philippines because of it.

You forgot S-pore, as of mid-2016, there are nearly 240,000 foreign domestic workers in Singapore.
The minimum salary for Filipino domestic workers was raised to $570, as from starting from May 1, 2016.

Hong Kong is employing some  380,000, largely female domestic workers.
The Minimum Allowable Wage (MAW) for foreign domestic helpers (FDHs) in Hong Kong was increased by 2.4 per cent, from $4,210 to $4,310 per month.

Lots of Chinese in Hong Kong and Singapore speak good English. Why not hire them? And hire them to teach English to poor rural Chinese who can then take the jobs teaching the children of the rich. I would avoid importing foreigners.
Without World Government we are DOOMED.
