To have a driver's licence is more splendid than to have access to a parking space.

Indeed...OR to know how to park a car.

Some people shouldn't have a drivers licence

In China you can buy a car even without having a driver's licence. In some cases, the sonbuys the car, Daddy pays for the number plate and Mummy pitches in with the drier's licence a year later.

Better solution:  go to a restaurant with friends. One drives the car in circles, while the others have lunch. When they have finished their meal, they hop on the car and drive it while the driver goes to have a bite in the restaurant.
