It is 22:25p.m now, when surfing on the CHINADAILY, I was attracted by some iconic Tibetan oil paintings exhibition held in Lhasa which afforded me some special feelings...like people's supreme belief in Buddhism, which is shown deeper than our Chinese', unyielding efforts in pursuing their ideal paradise, its ethnic customs, the unspeakable emotion for the nature and their belief. It is the love we all should be embodied          d8cb8a3c66c01a49865339.jpg

It is an embodiment of Tibetan ethnic culture. When seeing them, I was mesmerized by these paintings more or less.

I like the way you present Tibetan paintings. it is always important to put oneself in the shoes of the people under discussion here the Tibetans.

Tibetan paintings are strongly influenced by Buddhist philosophy; Chinese paintings can be charming too but they never attain this philosophical quality. They are more "naturalist", depicting Nature as seen by a painter through his eyes rather than visualised in his mind and transerred from there to the canvas.
