Housing prices are sky-rocking becausepeople who can afford to are desperate to buy a house in so-called elite schooldistricts and property developers are capitalizing on it to make more profits.

All parents want the best education fortheir children but few have the resources to make that happen.

Recently, a group of elite parents, whograduated from either Tsinghua University or Peking University, are consideringleaving Beijing because of the high house price in those districts with goodeducation resources.

Some even say, if Tsinghua and Peking Ugraduates could not afford to buy house in "education districts",then what is the point buying those "education districts" propertywith the hope of sending their children to Tsinghua and Peking University?

Precious resources are limited. Access to them will be confined to a few. Naturally, it iwll be expensive. This is in line with natural distribution. Unfortunately, there could be no talent being trained. There is no reason for it but just it is in life.

everyone knows that in China, rich people are better than poor people, so poor people should only be educated enough to serve the needs of rich people.

Come to Belgium. Everybody has access to the best schools and universities. No selection based on race, richness or previous results.
