Ban it!! Creating air pollution is no way to honor your loved ones whom have passed away. Some traditions need to understand the modern world.
I am me and that is something you will never be, no matter how hard you try!!

This is not superstition or stupidity, but a method of focussing thought on those who have passed on. It is not the burning of these things that is important, but the motivation it causes for people to remember ancestors.
Once again the word "Ban" is used. I wish this word could be banned from use!
To ban paper money etc. you could argue that we must ban anything that stimulates thinking about important religious, political and social issues.
Ban political emblems, ban religious icons, ban Easter eggs....... make it easier for everyone by banning everything!
English teacher and education adviser. China needs a teaching profession with less fear and more trust and honesty.
