Could people wear "any political, philosophical or religious sign" such headscarves in their workplace? Why or why not?

One of the biggest problems today is that people don't analyze religious texts with sufficient context and adequately enough for ordinary folks to know what is truth and what is anecdotal construction.

And all that is because religious texts were written long ago and how they came about cannot be nailed down to be traced precisely to their Originators.

I have always maintained that it is more important to find the moral principles common to the major religions of the world than to depend on faithful word-for-word abidance to overcome personal fear of being punished. Fear is not a good way to earn the respect of any Being for it would connote a Bully. Understanding and knowledge are better methods because one can then defend a belief with them unlike fear and blind faith which makes intelligent dialogue impossible on any issue of a religion which looks too primitive to be applied in modern times.

The hijab is an example. It might have been useful during those times when family laws were not in place to protect the integrity of families so that subjugating women to some servile status below men would apparently be mistaken as offering a solution to half the issue. But why hair on head only? And if all else as well, why not the eyes too ? They can be beguiling weapons of mass destruction, no?

You can't argue they need eyes to move around but not show their head hair to entice men because saying that would mean the original logic of not allowing head hair to be shown is deliberately left out when considering the eyes. This fallacious way of following a logic in a religion is dangerous because then no one can say which version is actually omnipotent and not man-made. It is even more dangerous when made by men with little education, culture or humanity. And then it becomes critically dangerous when the religion is made political so that personal faith gets weaponized to justify unconscionable killings and rebellions against a state.
