Takes a long time...

.... and switch. When the time comes, Taiwan will switch sides.
The Philippines has switched sides and so will South Korea next.
As Sun Tzu puts it well: "The Art of War is to win without fighting."
The USA keeps fighting wars but ends up losing all the time!

U.S. will be cornered one day if it keeps unchanged.  Let's put some hope it will gradually realize  ...

The USA Empire will keep fighting wars until America goes bankrupt.
When that happens, America will hardly function as a country,
which is exactly what is happening now with the Trump Administration.
Japan will finally see the light at the end of the tunnel after the USA Empire is gone.

Taiwan is a bait-and-switch. Buyers beware!

Duterte is no socialist. Chavez was. Duterte is insane.

That doesn't move a single Chinese heart. They ony care about having a pliant, docile, servile lapdog in power over in Manila. Little do they realise that as quickly as Rodrigo Duterte let the U.S. down, as quickly he will drop the burdensome, invasive, obnoxious Chinese.

I don't quite understand what you are saying about Taiwan sorry...

The Taiwanese are con artists.
