3. S.H.E.

Selina Jen, Hebe Tien, and Ella Chen combined the initials of their first names to name their all-girl group. They are the most successful female musical group in Chinese music history.

Since releasing their first album Girls Dorm in 2001, S.H.E has recorded 12 albums with sales totaling well over 10 million.

During the course of S.H.E's career, a significant number of musical groups were introduced by their companies as "the next S.H.E" with hopes of emulating their success but they were unable to live up to the label.

Beyond was a Hong Kong rock band that formed in 1983. The band is widely considered to be one of most successful and influential music groups in Asia.

There is a saying China that "Wherever you stay, as long as there exists Chinese people, you will hear the song of Beyond."

The remaining members Paul Wong, Wong Ka Keung and Yip Sai Wing continued before deciding to pursue their own solo careers in 2005, and Beyond officially disbanded. But the spirit of encouragement and bravery embodied in the group lives on.
