The first four, as verbs in a math phrase, would be:
3 + 3 = three PLUS three
3 - 3 = three MINUS three (pronounced MAI-nus)
3 x 3 = three TIMES three
3 (division symbol not on my keyboard) 3 = three DIVIDED BY three
3 = 3 is three EQUALS three

The rest would be read as they are in the picture (2 < 3 is "two is less than 3," etc.)

Hope that helps!

Something I forgot -- +3 is pronounced "positive three" and  -3 is "negative three."

2(-3) would be read as "two times negative three."

actually this is incorrect - i don't know any native english speaker who uses this terminology when speaking about positive or negative numbers.

+3 would just be called 'three'
- 3 would be 'minus three'

2(-3) = 'two by minus three'
or
'two multiplied by minus three'

you would talk about 'positive' or 'negative' numbers, but not calling them that when speaking about the numbers on their own.
