Have you ever had or seen the problem in China when strangers approach your kids on the street and try to touch their hair, face or hands without your consent? Many try to also take pictures with your kids and try to put their arm around them.
Some would say these strangers are being friendly and others rude.
How do you feel about this and what would you do if it were your kids?
