When I feel upset, I will visit my parents, do some chore and cook for them. I can cheer up quickly as long as I'm together with my son, doing some practical thing instead of thinking over and over about the past..

I see alot of people say exercise... It's proven it's the most efficient way of removing stress, anger and depression it always works wonders for me whether I just go for a jog.
