It's common knowledge the Americans don't like the International Court

The U.S. Americans don't like the metric system; they think it is infected with the Communist Bug.

It won't do that. It is too busy robbing Africans of their rawmaterials and selling them expired ...

Mugabe is the latest 'worthy', if I'm not mistaken.

Double-Speak Proves China's Claim
- all they have is lies

The Philippines, a spanish colony named after King Philip has cited UNCLOS which doesn't even determine sovereignty. This suggests the occupied Philippines doesn't want to anger China, its largest trading partner, but has to appease the Great Satan. The Philippines has also performed the stunt of renaming the South China Sea, the "West Philippine Sea". Yet the Treaty of Paris, which pre-dates UNCLOS, clearly delimits Philippine territory to the east of all the islands in the South China Sea. It is, therefore, absolutely no business of the Philippines whatsoever.

Vietnam has acknowledged China's sovereignty during the Vietnam War, offers similar double-speak and also cites UNCLOS:
“What the U.S. did helps in part to make China’s claims [in the region] invalid,” Truc said. “China’s claims and ambitions go against the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea,” he added.
- US naval passage that angered Beijing pleases some in China-wary Vietnam, Radio Free Asia (ie anglo/zionist propaganda)

So according to the above the illegal incursion by the Great Satan somehow "invalidates" China's claim! But whoever Zhubi belongs to, the Great Satan violated their territory. If anything, that means the Great Satan believes Zhubi belongs to China and it was China it was hoping to snub since she reclaimed land there. Furthermore, China's claims cannot possibly go against UNCLOS, which does not determine sovereignty per se, but does determine what can and cannot have EEZs and territorial waters, so would invalidate the same claims whether it was from Vietnam or China. Clearly, Vietnam doesn't want to anger China which is also its largest trading partner, whilst playing the game the Great Satan has imposed.

The violation of China's territorial waters is an attempt by the Great Satan to make China react in a such a way as to violate the bilateral agreements between claimants in the South China Sea. Whereas productive nations want peace to encourage trade, the anglo/zionist gangsters only profit by waging war 93% of the time to disrupt trade in the victim nations.

China's claims are solid whilst those of Japan, Vietnam and the Philippines are all ridiculous. The Philippines is bound by the Treaty of Paris, for example, which clearly shows it has no claims whatsover to islands in the South China Sea and which it even peddles the daft "West Philippine Sea" propaganda that war criminal, Billary Clinton, has adopted.

The Great Satan is also CLEARLY lying: Under international law, these formerly submerged reefs have no territorial seas.
- Beijing's Choice in the South China Sea, Bloomberg BS

So they're claiming that before the land reclamation they were submerged even at low tide.

But Wikipedia claims: Naturally above water only at low tide, it surrounds a huge lagoon.

Unlike chinese subs which recently passed by the Aleutian Islands under freedom of navigation rules because there was no room and were only there because of a joint sino-russian military exercises, the Great Satan navigated a warship into China's territorial waters despite plenty of room to avoid them and like it's spy planes had no business being in the region whatsoever.

Further BS shows they don't have an argument: “An artificial island is entitled to nothing except a 50-meter safety zone,” Thayer said, adding that the island at issue lies in any case within the economic exclusion zone of another country, the Philippines.

The land reclamation does not change the status of Zhubi reef which was above low-tide so it still has a 12 mile region of territorial water according to UNCLOS. The Philippines EEZ is limited by the Treaty of Paris and this treaty is not overriden by UNCLOS as this later legislation cannot, in of itself, override existing sovereignty.

Strange the metric system is French like comminusium

The metres, centimetres, milimetres, the kilogrammes and liters indeed are French as the Elisium while Communism is a German disease that never had a chance to infect France's government.
