Aim to make Xinjiang as the leading secular social influencer of China-Cenral Asia-Central Russia region based on Han-Uighur-Russo Slavic combined culture.  Attract the peoples of these 3 ethnics and promote them in Xinjiang. Modernise their farming industry to create a unique lifestyle pattern that is pragmatic and practical that caters for the people. Don't let poverty strike them. With the farming industry as the primary foundation, build other industries like sporting, tourism, adventurism, education, couture, cuisine and entertainment. Education is indispensible to all. Its important to teach all Chinese this. Uighurs are Chinese too. The power of cultural diversity when forged in unison and released into these industries will result in immense unrivalled attraction becoming a global attraction. Think of how to export its farming produces to the wealthy West Asians, Europe and US. Create miniature pet farming with a well defined processes that is designed specifically from Xinjiang then export them. Dedicated R & D is needed. Cater for children, teens and working adults. However it is important that Han-Uighurs converge and then get the rest of Central Asians and Russians to converge. A common language between the Hans and the Uighurs is necessary and the understanding with cross cultural practice is necessary. Its important both ethnics celebrate each other's New Year at least. For peace, the issues of ethnicity and religion needs to be overcomed, thus secularism is vital otherwise the resultant effect will be constant conflict where one side has to perish. To the Uighurs, if their original culture (not imported culture) permeates into the entire China, isn't that a proposition that's multiple fold far superior than what the religious extremists and the Americans' preached? The later 2 (extremists and americans) are requesting the Uighurs to die for their own agenda but projected it in a different light so that the Uighurs are tricked into believing them. The work cannot be done by the Uighurs alone, the Hans and their culture need to move over to Central Asia as well to converge. Its a two way traffic. Domestically, meaning the region straddling Xinjiang, Central Asia and Central Russia needs to be vibrant with the local regional people travelling within this region in high frequency to create the regional domestic human traffic flow before it will attract others. That's how a China-Central Asia-Central Russia community can become one of the centre of global investments. Following this sing the song of peace in West Asia and Slavic Europe. With profitability invest into these regions based on their culture. There should be healthy competition and also collaboration between the Chinese (definitely including the Uighurs), Central Asians and Russians. Central Asians should invite enterprising Chinese to reside in their countries or for some even become their citizens to enhance their competitiveness. The headcount in Central Asia is too few to serve global demand. In turn China should attract Central Asians in the other direction to enhance diversity for creativity. East China's financial hubs should be the financial haven for the Central Asians given the risk of war stemming from the West side will not subside for the immediate future. in fact it might spread.
