This is the NEXT GREAT business news for the decade.

The MEGACITY concept is now being implemented in Singapore and Hong Kong-Shenzhen.
It's a continuation from the expected BOOM in incomes with expected PRODUCTIVITY improvements due to the introduction of the CHEAP ROBOT ASSEMBLY units.

Singapore plans a 6 million citizens megacity, while Hong Kong-Shenzhen plans a 20 milion citizen megacity.
Redevelopments in Singapore, Hong Kong-Shenzhen will mean 150million sq. M, 500million sq. M of living space.
Then there is expected growth of 15 milion sq. M, 50 million sq. M of subterranean tunnels, road, mass transit - and a whole lot of sewage, water, logisitics tunnels, ventilation, drainage, solid waste disposal, shopping, storage, electric-utilities systems.

The real estate redevelopments between 2015 to 2030 is expected to cost US$6.5 trillion alone. The commercial, subterranean assets could DOUBLE the development value!

The Megacities will be expected to have a GNP of US$600 billion and US$2 trillion respectively!

Real Estate and Infrastructure developments is expected to contribute about 20% of the annual GNP.
That's needed with what's going on now in the world technologically, business conditions.

Tokyo, Osaka and Seoul is expected to follow suit.
This will reduce the ASIAN TRADE ROUTE STATES needs for petroleum fuel imports while maintaining steady growth. The pressure of economic transformation is the main cause of this developments.
