With the REFORMS to China in the 1999 to 2008 period, we are beginning to master practical macro-micro climate science!

The HARD WORK of the our BROTHERS in SICHUAN is to be applauded!
Their completion of the 3 Gorges Reservoir of water, and many more in the South West China has made it possible for China to master RAIN, terrestrial temperature matters!

Kudos! China!
Our Masters of Science are now getting sophisticated together with the help of the celestial great Yellow King pointers!

Now with the 3 Gorges Reservoir, we can control the great lakes of Dongting, Poyang and even West Lake in Hangzhou. With the adjustment of the water flow from the 3 gorges, we can keep salinity, depth, spread of the "Spillways" in Dongting, Poyang, and West Lake.

This has effects on LAKE SIDE rain downstream, as the water level, spread affects the "Lake Side rain" in the Central Inland Provinces!

Now careful, scientific study - especially temperature levels of the HIGHLANDS, that depends on TREES, WATER RESERVOIRS (can be adjusted to drop 2 to 5 deg. C dependent on folliage, and water reservoir spread evaporation) and studies on WATER FLOW of the 3 gorges reservoir, size of the large lakes!

cheerios!

Ancient Taoist Master already understood such matters

.........and called it FENGSHUI.

The Dongting, Poyang, West Lake as well as other man made "spillways" created lakes are a great effort of ANCIENT Chinese scientist, to which, CHINA owes a big gratitude to! WE MUST HONOUR the ancient sages who has created all kind of adjustment that made CHINA not just productive state, but a civil society and a GREAT PLACE TO LIVE.

We now has to study the effects of ancient Taoist work on the hill slope of the GREAT AGRICULTURE inland provinces, namely HUNAN, HUBEI, JIANGXI, HENAN, ANHUI, probably but lesser extent Jiangsu, Zhejiang!

In the meantime, ELECTRICITY production from the 3 gorges has to be carefully monitored, while the coastal provinces such as Shangdong, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Fujien, GUANGDONG must pay full attention to use the LOW LOAD months to store water for KINETIC energy store in the highlands of their own provinces. Pay attention to the temperatures changes that it will affect, and how it will INCREASE rainfall in your provinces!

The effects of the South Western province transformation

..........has created benefits for the Shaanxi provinces.

Now it has become one of the greatest APPLE growing region of the world! More work now is needed from our MASTER SCIENTIST, and great observers of the Taoist tradition!

Now, comes the effort to ADD modern British innovation, such as basic public health, education, other services as banking, retail, sports to our INLAND AGRICULTURAL provinces, while not forgetting industry in the key CITY URBAN CONNURBATIONS of Changsha, Xian, Wuhan, etc.

The time is right for us now in China, while the DIASPORA looks on in great admiration.

Oh! Uzbekistan ambassador to the Malayan Federation

.......met me last week. He wants us and maybe from China to observe his nation!

I noticed that the ARAL SEA effort has great significance especially if we are SERIOUS about the SALT WATER lakes in either Xinjiang, and Inner Mongolia outside Beijing!

We can study their effort to revitalized the great lake there!

cheerios!

We might need to keep the water flow rate slower.

.............and  create artificial barrier, to maintain water depth on the Yangtze, adjust it, so that water is retained in the various lakes along the Yangtze basin.

Eventually, we might have to adjust how much "extra rain" we got from the cooler highlands in the Southwest, and what delayed flow affects LAKES downstream. Huge adjustment would be needed to maximized benefit.

It's like BONZAI growing.

Water received = lower temperature, extra highland rains = Flow rate of Yangtze + (local rainfall due to lakeside effect) + recycle of the lake side rains back to the lakes or rivers.........

Huge Job needed.

Aral sea project projects a relocation of 1,000 cubic km

..............and the cost of the relocation of water from great Russian rivers to the dried Aral lakes appears to be US$0.04 per tonne!

Salt lakes will be useful to maintain some of the lakes

..............downstream from the 3 gorges!

Lakes depth, spread is vital in the "creation" of lake side rain!
