Let's make Chinese citizen's home, the world's most modern!

The English has a saying
"The Home is the Citizen's castle"
Let's take advantage of this natural needs of the citizen.

Let's design in our homes - in China and in British Club State, new standards!

Post 2012
All new homes, apartments in China MUST have minimum "fittings", space in their designs.

(1) Space for Shower Cabinet, in bathroom (so that the floor of the toilet is not wet, when we take a bath)
(2) Space to install Water Heater for bath or kitchen use.
(3) Space for washing machine, stove, fridge, stove, microwave, dish watching machine.
(4) Space for Air conditioner, Home Heater.
(5) Connections to wired internet, telephone, aerial tv, radio.
(6) Points for Robot Vaccumn cleaner, Robot Mopping.
(7) Points for installing sensors for (a) smoke, (b) vibration, (c) infra
(8) Points for installing cctv, home monitoring.
(9) Points for powered window curtains or "smart" tempered glass windows.
(10) Switches with space to install "remote switch" device.

and China, British Club authorities must instruct, "all homes must be fitted" with a "Tablet device for remote Home Automation control". This will "introduce" citizens to building "smart homes" as standard in China and the British Club!

This will ensure, citizens will "upgrade their homes" by buying the gadgets to make CHINESE and BRITISH CLUB homes the BEST OF THE BEST in the world!

There are 8.5 million new homes being built in China annually, and some 1.5 million new homes in British Club states. This is a 10.0 million a year, and will boost the "Fittings" and "White goods, Appliances, Electrical" industries!

cheerios!

Smart homes for China and British club!

We will use China's HUGE annual home construction volume, to reduce the fittings unit cost!
For example, 10.0 million tablet remote control unit - could cost as low as US$100 a unit with the HUGE VOLUME. In fact electronic, appliance company can give it away free to encourage "purchase of their devices"

and it'll benefit us all!

cheerios!

The item 7 and the item 10 are not but the rest written in Mainland Chinese Design Regulations.

The item 7, as what we saw in the film "Rain Man", and the item 10, as what we saw in many other films, are 2 of the necessary functions in Chinese Villa Design.

10 or 20 years later, maybe the item 7 would be put into practice in common apartments. But item 10, who knows.
+++++++++++
For new-buit apartments: (Most city Chinese don't live in detached house but 6, or 13 or 18 or more stories apartments)
1. Most apartments have a space for bathtub in toilet.
2. Above a half of new apartments has hot water supply. (not for drinking but for bath.)
3. All of apartments.
4. All of apartment provide the special outlet for air conditioner. In the North China (north of Qin mountain and Huai River) has city central heating.
5. Yes, outlet is in every bedroom.
6. Do you mean outlet? Yes there is..
8. CCTV system was installed in almost all of closed residential quarter and staircases. But not inside the home.
9. Powered window curtains?
I saw such device in curtain wall of office building. Who would use such device in apartment except villa?
"smart" temperature glass windows? Double glasswindow should be installed in every apartment in compulsory regulations.
Previous glasswindow was sold at 150 yuan per sq m. Double glasswindow is at least 260 yuan per sq m.
A few of apartments began to install double glasswindow as much as 600 yuan per sq m now from 2006.

You are pretty wrong, Mr. tel. no.

Many present Chinese homes and apartments DON'T HAVE

(1) Space for Shower Cabinet installation.
(6) Points (with power supply) for the Robot Vaccumn Cleaner, Wet Mop Robot.
(8) Points (with power supply) for cctv - home monitoring system, remote monitor
(9) Almost all homes lack "points" (with power supply) for power windows.

and 99% of homes in China don't have yet the "Tablet universal remote control system" - that will control yet uninstalled light, robots, power devices.

Creating this as "standard", will reduce cost, it will also reduce "installation cost" - "damaging wall hecking" to install wiring conduits. Homes with such standard device "points" could come with a "owner's manual" - explaining the device that can be fitted with it.

The FINAL RESULT, a China's citizen's home or apartment with modern automation device.
Remote window open, close (of course with manual backup should the system fail), home monitoring system -especially when left alone with maids, children monitoring from office........

cheerios!

It gives a lot of work for NEIGHBOURHOOD installers companies!

Example,

Mr. Chan of Guangzhou, China.
He is 32 years old, has a wife aged 26 years old and a baby!
He just bought his first apartment 1,200 sq. ft.
He has only a Rmb4,000 a month salary, his wife earn Rmb2,500 a month.

The couple buys a Rmb300,000 apartment, with all those fitting points and space!
They have to pay a mortagage worth Rmb2,400 a month - almost a third.
and Mr. Chan just bought a BYD car worth Rmb50,000 - paying Rmb1,000 in instalments, and Rmb 600 in petrol, service bills.

They have to save money to slowly buy up the entire range of appliances that is fittable in his home.
The prepared points means, lower installation cost - it cost up to Rmb300 to create a point - worse, if there is no "place"to install such nice modern products.

cheerios!

When China makes such item standard

.........it will immediately create a 8.5 million unit market with minimal additional cost to the real estate development.

Mass points, cost about 1/3 that of a standard installer, post purchase!
and many electrical, electronic, appliance companies will be glad to "subsidize" the real estate developer, as this create "future demand" for their items! - maybe FREE "tablet universal remote control device" and help in printing the "home owner's guide"!

cheerios!
