Let's start a NATIONAL PROGRAMME, but local activism!

Each dictrict local government, shall appoint an "official" to do a "Rmb 1 a month donation per member of their family",to collect a total of Rmb15,600 million to help remove vagrants, invalids, orphans from the streets of China!

The local official will recruit Zen, Shaolin, Confucian, Taoist, Catholic temples, Protestant, Moslem cult members to run such institution. These cults will ensure HOMES are built, KITCHENS are built, FREE CLINICS, schools. Further funds can be raised from members of their cults.

We can get China Famous Movie Stars, such as Andy Lau, Jet Li, Chow Yun Fatt, etc. to help to start such programme!

cheerios!

No, no, not at all......

It's called "People's empowerment", some jokers in Kuala Lumpur said that the people are the "batteries" in the game of the Revenue Merchant, and their franchise of the best business!

So, it's up to the "weak, meek" to work out some courage to "gain a share".
Having "great presentation", "showmanship" to gain them "Charity dollars" is a big business in all developed states!
China shouldn't be left behind on this count!

Afterall, getting CULTS to work hard to garner funds from the people is hard work!
Profit sharing volunteers, gets to share in the benefits, and help the poor as well!

cheerios!

Do not worry, your government is doing it already ...

Guangzhou removing beggars before Games

03-06-2010
Guangzhou has launched a campaign to clear the streets of beggars and loitering teenagers ahead of the Asian Games in November. "Guangzhou must achieve the targets of clearing beggars and vagrants from key areas related to the Asian Games, and clearly reducing the number in other areas," Xinhua news agency reported. The report added that loitering teenagers should also be kept off the city's streets.

Question:

- To where did they relocate them  ???

- was it out of compassion for their misery ???

or

- was it out of shame to the foreign visitors ???

(are these the Aborigines of China ???)

The OP's topic is a cynical statement.
