As the YOUNG migrate to cities to work in factories, in construction sites or in the urban services, the workforce in the rural economy is getting tight!

Productivity enhancement equipment, to replace the "drudgery of manual labour" becomes more prominent. In the early 1980's, you have probably 1 worker for every 3 mu of arable land. By 2018, it'll probably be 1 worker in every 2 or 3 hectare of land. The worker will probably be aged.

The BOOMS in almost all sector of the economy of the NEW MIDDLE KINGDOM is coming!

More and more farm workers will be aged 40 and above....

.....do you think that they would be able to do all those back breaking work?

and now each worker is needed to work on larger farm size!

It's 4 hectares per farm worker, farming family now......

Farms will be getting bigger.
In Malaya, we might have some "political considerations" , "margin considerations" but is not an issue in China!
