Look at our Industrial Champions, and the companies..
..that provide the assembly jobs.|
We have to ensure that companies such as the AUTOASSEMBLERs, such as UMW, Proton, Oriental, Tan Chong, Sime, Naza are capable of providing high value industrial jobs. There is also the chemical/commodity companies such as IOI, KLK, Sime Darby, Felda, Titan, Recron, Conoco, Petronas, Exxon, Shell can provide enough jobs. Then there are the airlines MAS, Air Asia, the hotels, retailer, shopping centres, food, home allied services can provide those jobs vacated from the assembly industry. Then there is high value added materials companies such as YTL cement, La Faberge, Kiara Emas, Scientex, Tasek, White Horse, Johnson tiling companies etc.
The assembly industry are mostly electronic American, Japanese, Korean, and Hong Kong/Singapore directed garment, toys, gifts purchasing centres.
(unlike China which has powerful huge domestic electronic companies such as Haier, Melea, Lenova etc. Malaya lack strength in those areas)
It's better to expand the CBD first and absorbed the unemployed in Shah Alam, Kajang and Bangi first.
Please do our planned changes with CARE.
Reduce foreign workers in the services in Central first, this will be the impetus to increase wages, without the inflation as companies upgrades and we watch the results as the increased wages will provide greater stimulus to the value of real estate in Central region. Penang, Malacca, Kuantan, Johor Baru, Kuching, Kota Baru will be affected too!
