Bull, European and North American infrastructures enjoyed the same new technologies...
Stop twisti ...

True, we've enjoyed the same new technologies but green field implementations are easier. And that's a non-twisted fact.

Yeah, sure, the West stole territories from itself whereas China has stolen the lands of dozens of other peoples and is now building infrastructure on them... And that's not enough: it tried to steal a piece of Bhutan in revenge for India buying high-speed railway infrastructure from Japan... Should Malaysia refuse to allow China to build a Chinese high-speed railway line (for which the current ruler in K.L. has already collected bribes to the tune of 7 billion U.S. dollars on the black market...) then China will probably invade Borneo and incorporate it into Hainan Island...

you can earn more from infrastructure construction ...

I do not think China is guilty of thinking that way; the idea that infrastructure leads to higher development and to better economic results makes perfect sense. China is certainly doing this for some right reasons. But China is doing this precisely because infrastructure is still woefully inadequate in China. It is a developing nation. There are many thousand villages that are accessible only on dirt tracks. Once a locale can be reached on tarmacs its standard of living is bound to soar as transportation is easier for both people and goods.

However, why is China bragging like this? Abraham Lincoln the First said in ca. 3700 B.C.: "Pride comes before the fall." Don't brag so much! Keep the good work up and let the public comment!

What?

IT is the other way around: The West has lead the world, China is now after long last following it in its foot steps. Every technology China employs has a history of decades or centuries during which it has been tested and tried in the West.

Copied from "That's":

"Hopping on the 6.14 am. tram  from our apartment near the Central Station, it takes exactly 10 minutes to get to Lake Zurich. Just like its public transport system, everything in Zurich runs in an orderly and timely manner - a nice change of pace from the constantly chaotic traffic on streets of China."

Yeah, can you rely on a TIMETABLE for Chinese tramways or public buses? The No.. 245 bus in downtown Guangzhou that I used to patronize for two years ran on average 1.5 times in one direction every hour. And it might arrive at the beginning of a 1.5 hour time slot, or at its tail end. But in Zurich, capital of Europe's country with the world's happiest people, you can predict when a tramway comes and when you will arrive at ones intended destination.
